10주간의 공익경영아카데미 9기를 수료했습니다.
오늘 비영리 공익 경영 아카데미의 두 달간의 교육을 마치고 무사히 수료했습니다.
현재 위시스쿨을 구축하기 위해 세 가지 일을 동시에 하면서 매주 목요일 시간을 지켜서 실시간으로 3시간씩 교육받는 것이 사실 힘들었었습니다.
하지만, 이 교육을 통해서 위시스쿨을 어떻게 비영리 단체로 운영해 나가야 하는지에 대한 조직 점검과 미션스테이트먼트를 점검할 수 있었고 과제를 통해 어떻게 실천해 나가야 하는지 적용해 볼 수 있는 귀한 시간이었습니다.
그리고 몇 십년 동안 단체의 가치를 바라보며 현장에서 힘쓰고 있는 비영리 활동가 선배님들의 메시지가 너무 감동이었습니다. 위시스쿨도 가치를 바라보며 사회의 변화에 힘쓰는 비영리 활동가로 발전하겠습니다.
It was actually difficult to have every Thursday and receive 3 hours of training in real time while doing three things at the same time to build up the current Wish school.
However, through this training, I was able to check the organization and mission statement on how to run Wish school as a non-profit organization, and it was a precious time to apply how to implement through assignments.
And I was very impressed with the messages of non-profit activists who have been working hard on the field while looking at the value of the group for decades. Wish school will also develop into a non-profit activist who strives for social change while looking at values.
